Karenza Jackson's Workshops

Karenza’s workshops are designed to offer relaxed, welcoming space to explore drawing and painting in a supportive environment. Rooted in observation and curiosity, these sessions are about slowing down, looking closely, and enjoying the process rather than working towards a fixed outcome.

Workshops take place in Suffolk and nearby locations, often drawing inspiration from landscape, garden, and everyday surroundings. They are suitable for all levels of experience — whether you’re just starting out or returning to your practice after time away.

Upcoming Workshops

Details of upcoming workshops, dates, and locations will be listed below. New sessions are added throughout the year, so please check back regularly.

More to come for 2026!

What to Expect

Each workshop focuses on simple techniques, experimentation, and building confidence with materials. Guidance is offered throughout, but there’s plenty of room to work at your own pace and follow your interests.

Ahead of each session, a suggested art materials list will be sent out so you have a clear idea of what to bring.

Booking & Registration

Workshop registration is handled directly to keep things personal and flexible. To book a place, ask a question, or register interest, please get in touch via email or phone (unless otherwise noted in the event details).

If a workshop is already full, you’re very welcome to email and be added to the waiting list. Places do sometimes become available at short notice.

Host an Art Workshop in Suffolk

Karenza is happy to hear from galleries, arts organisations, community groups, and private hosts in Suffolk who are interested in hosting art workshops in their own spaces. She regularly leads art workshops in Suffolk and nearby areas, adapting each session to suit the setting, group size, and level of experience.

Workshops are rooted in observation and making time to look, with a relaxed, supportive approach that works well in studios, galleries, community venues, and informal spaces. Sessions can be shaped around landscape, drawing, painting, or process-led exploration, depending on the needs of the group.

If you’d like to explore the possibility of hosting one of Karenza’s art workshops in Suffolk, an informal conversation is always a good place to start. A brief outline of your space and ideas is helpful, though initial enquiries can remain simple.
